Elliott Homes, Inc. built a 4-plan model complex at Saratoga Estates in El Dorado Hills, CA. The scope of work for this project included the development of model home landscape plans for the complex. Landscape designs incorporated low-water use plants and some areas of natural lawn and synthetic turf. Plant material layering was kept to a minimum in consideration of long term maintenance requirements for the complex.

WDSLA provided landscape architectural design services to develop these documents in collaboration with Elliott Homes, R.E.Y. Engineers, Inc. and all other project consultants.
