SAGE SENIOR APARTMENTS

USA Properties Fund, Inc. developed permit documents for a new 3 story, 84-unit, senior apartment development, on 3.36 acres in Folsom, CA. The site includes parking for 118 cars, internal and perimeter landscape improvements, and central community amenities as follows: community dining patio with  12’ long dual BBQ, seat walls and patio tables with umbrellas, bocce court with bench seating, community garden with bench seating, and a dog park with synthetic turf and perimeter tube steel fence.  

WDSLA provided landscape architectural design services to develop the Landscape Construction Documents in collaboration with USA and all other project consultants to assist in obtaining permit approval, followed by Construction Observation Services during construction, leading to final project acceptance and close out.
