PHOENIX PARK

WDSLA worked with the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District to pursue a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for design and construction of new amenities at Phoenix Park. The first area under consideration is a new paved parking lot to replace the current gravel parking lot at the Phoenix Park Community Gardens. The second area is a currently undeveloped portion of the park, located adjacent to the proposed parking lot area.

The scope of work for this project included Community Outreach, Park Master Planning and LWCF Grant writing assistance for the submittal. WDSLA provided landscape architectural design to develop these documents in collaboration with FORPD.
