JOHN BARRETT MIDDLE SCHOOL

WDSLA developed landscape design and permit documents for a new 21.9 acre campus at John Barrett Middle School, located in Carmichael, CA. The project included the demolition of portable classrooms, modernization of existing classrooms and cafeteria, construction of a new gym and science building, and overall site improvements as necessary.

The scope of work included the development of site improvement Design Development Landscape Plans for review and approval, followed by Construction Documents to obtain building permit approval. The landscape design meets budgetary limitations and follows the District’s design criteria, facility design standards and master specifications for construction.
