DEL PASO MANOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WDSLA provided Landscape Design and Documentation to obtain permitting for a new 13.4 acre Design-Build campus at Del Paso Manor Elementary School, located in the San Juan Unified School District, in Sacramento, CA.

The scope of work included the development of Design Development Landscape Plans, followed by Landscape Construction Documents to obtain building permit approval for the project. The landscape design was developed to meet the Design-Build team’s budgetary limitations and follow the District’s design criteria, facility design standards and master specifications for construction.
