PHASE 1

WDSLA collaborated with Kennedy Wilson, TSD Engineering, and KTGY to obtain entitlement approval for Phase 1 of a new 3 phase apartment home complex, located in Santa Rosa, CA. This phase included the development of a combined Preliminary/Final Design Review Landscape submittal for project entitlements, Construction Documents, Bidding Services, and Construction Observation Services.

Amenities at the clubhouse area include: a resort style pool, centered on a custom gabion accent wall with luxury cabanas, a second custom gabion accent wall, adjacent lounge space containing barbecues and a large spa, and a children’s play area outside the pool.

Other amenities include: a small dog park with synthetic turf, a drinking fountain with dog bowl, and passive seating spaces. A large, fenced community garden was designed nearby which includes several galvanized stock tanks used as planters, for universal access and easy maintenance.
